Server Error?

I've gotten this error a couple of times when trying to access this group:(I got it this morning and also a database error.) Any ideas what the issue is?

    there was a dgrin issue a little while ago - all fixed now.

    thanks .. I got the same error last week about the same time. Is it a regular issue, like rebooting a server at the same time each week or just a coincidence? :)
