show EXIF infos

Hello All,
I hope I'm not bugging anyone asking something which has already been asked but I haven't find my answer in the diverse HowTo list etc...
I would like to manage the photos infos I show underneath the photos like the captions, is there a way to pull up any EXIF data we want?
