Beautiful shots. And I appreciate the tip about the place in Weston. I didn't know about it. How did you shoot these? Are they single-shot with flash, or stacked?

Paddler: I shot these single shot, natural light on my backup camera 5D and 100mm "L" macro lens.

Dan: 1st Saturday of every month they open 1 hour early at 9 am for photogs to go and have some quiet time to shoot and it's only $2 more.

Thanks Brian. I am definitely going to go back with ring light and tripod. These were all hand held.

good comp #4, maybe a little wing movement might have been better, more natural looking with slower s/speed

Hi Phil, thanks for commenting. #4 was purely by chance, I walked by and looked over and got 3 frames before the male pulled the female off of the plant and they flew away.
