From Saturday morning... and C&C is greatly appreciated but please keep in mind that while the PP may be a little over-the-top to a few, there's method to the madness... since this is the 3rd shoot we've done for this couple:

We were contacted by them after they saw our blog which tends to have highly PPed photos... we did an engagement session and sat with them while we did a lot of the PP, they LOVED it. Then we did their wedding, and they got a bunch of these PP-type shots. Now this is their family shoot - they haven't seen them yet but this type of PP is what they loved in the past.

We tried to have a good mix of "typical" and fairly creative - but they have never been real big on "artistic" type shots.

Starting with 2 "high key" type shots. Which is hard when not in studio (all these shots are from a park)

What a nice set! lucky couple to find a photographer that is good and can lend a custom touch to match their personal style.
The first 2 don't do much for me, I am not sure what they are leaning against but I thought my screen was dirty!
I love the composition in #3, but I am not a fan of the dark contrast when it makes everyone's eyes black.
#4 BINGO!! Love love that shot. Awesome.
#5,6 and 7 great job on selecting a pp that enhances each one. Very very nice.
#8 is a great shot, I might add a bit of light to their faces, that is just my thing, I think I do that to 80 % of my portraits.
Congrats on some great stuff. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the comments.... in 1 and 2, they are leaning against the inside of a door jamb (the door that 's on the barn you see in #5). I did my best to find most/all of the paint chips, etc. to make it all white but must have missed some :) I mainly like those 2 because of the pose and expressions... and also just because it's so close to the "hi key" look done in studios, but it's not under studio lights :)
