Wacom Bamboo niggle

I bought my first wacom tablet a few days ago and so far I've been enjoying it very much, but something happens with mine that I haven't experienced with others I've tried. If I click for more than a bit ( for example, to open the tools hidden in the photoshop menu ) I get a circle animation around the mouse position and nothing happens. If I left-click with the pen button, I also get a gray circle with light and whatnot and only then do I get the context menu. How can I turn these annoying animations off ? Imagine using a brush in photoshop and having to immediately move it when clicking because if not you'd get a flashing blue circle...

My guess is you're on Windows because that's the only place I've seen that. I think it has something to do with Windows tablet pen support and needs to be turned off there, but I don't have the details.

Thanks colourbox, solved ! That was right, it was some stupid windows setting, I found how to get to it here:
