Nothing exciting, just wanted to test my new Avatar. Thanks Khaos :thumb :D

    Hey Ben,

The skimmer shot is excellent. clap.gif

Your new avatar sucks, its too small. You need a close-up to make it work.

Good call Jeff. I miscalled that bird. A tern is a much tougher shoot too.

Hey MACHINE GUN, some nice captures you got here. I like the tern also. I'm just curious...???? If you took off that darn TC...would you have got the whole heron in the shot without cutting off his wings? ne_nau.gifrolleyes1.gif

    Hey...did our poker game end?:uhoh

I've not done much shooting the last few days. Been busy visiting doctors and all. Knee surgery scheduled the 2nd. So..hopefully in a couple weeks after that...I'll be out and about shooting BIF again. I did pick up an extension tube for the Boom Boom (Canon). I went out front and shot a spider and some lizard thingy..... just to try it. Maybe I'll post a couple pics if I have anything worthwhile.

Keep the finger on the trigger..."machine gun".

Nice tern.............wonder where they are..........they are here in the winter. I got a skimmer last summer. Haven't seen any of those birds this summer. It is hot. How is the heat in California? I don't hear complaints.

Yes, your Avatar, well, you have it! That is good. I have seen it here and when you responded to my thread, I am still trying to be sure I know what it is.

Is it a bird with head in water?

Harry is right, for an avatar it should be a close up of something.
