Long Images

Sempli Fi

I added a really long image to my gallery and it doesn't display. Is this not possible? I've added really wide images that work fine, but the long ones seem to give me problems.

I should also mention that the thumbnail is not showing up. I assume the large length of the image is something to do with this.

is it a file called bedroom.jpg? If so it's too big http://semplifi.smugmug.com/homepage/uploadlog.mg check your log.... 12Megabytes and under 48 megapixels is the limit, for standard and power accounts. How large is your file?
