Bad performance today

I'm having a real problem with uploads and moves taking forever.

Some data:

• Uploaded 1 min 38 sec video to a gallery (took 40 mins to upload).
• One hour after the upload completed, nothing showed anywhere. Nothing showed in the gallery. Nothing showed in the upload log.
• Two hours after the upload completed, it finally showed in the gallery as a "Processing..." thumbnail.
• A little bit after that, it finally showed the real thumbnail in the gallery and I could play the video

Then, I wanted to move the video to a different gallery (I wanted to verify that it worked first before I displayed it in a public gallery). So, I went to the Tools menu and chose to Move the video to a different gallery.

• One hour after doing the Move, the video still shows in the original gallery and does not show in the gallery I chose to move it to.

What is a reasonable customer expectation for how long it should take to process a 1:38 video?

What is a reasonable customer expectation for how long it should take to move such a video from one gallery to another?

Shouldn't take 1:38. But I haven't heard or seen any other performance issues today. If it persists, send an email to our heroes so we can have a look, okay?
