Changing custom domain host?

Can anyone explain the process of how to change my site's custom domain host?

I'm currently with godaddy, but I'm tired of the upsell, "security warning" emails and the rest of it.

I have used and loved godaddy for years. What 'security warning' emails are you getting, can you share an example?

Regardless - if you want to switch, you surely can. All you have to do is put the CNAME to SmugMug from your new domain host. More: http://www.smugmug.com/help/professional-accounts and if you have more questions, write our Support Heroes ATTN: Doc and we'll help from the help desk

Incidentally, I clicked through the email to see what GoDaddy was selling. I'm at risk of losing my site because I don't have auto renewal. And I'd be more secure if I bought a private registration. Oh yes, and my flyingpointroad.com visitors would be reassured if I bought site certification. (Apparently you smugmuggers are a bit nefarious....)

My domains are set for autorenewal. You don't need any private reg, nor additional site certs.
