This is my first upload, and I want everyone to be completely honest.
My son Jaden is going to vacation bible school, and this year it's a western theme. We had a chance to take some pictures on a cloudy day yesterday.

    Wow, did you seriously post this June 12th and you didn't get any responses for a month? Yikes, sorry about that.

    You did well with posing him in a natural position and getting him during a laugh/smile. My only idea for improvement is to get more light up into his face. The cowboy hat blocks some of the nice soft overcast light from his face, which makes it a little darker. You could use a reflector or an off camera flash to add a little 'pop' and brighten his face.

    Other than that, great job! I hope your son's VBS was a success!
