    Excellent shots, all very imaginative and effective. Kudos to all!

    I was going to enter one myself - had a nice idea that I think would have been pretty effective - but I didn't make time to shoot it. Now that I see the finalists, of course, I seriously doubt that mine would have been in the running, but I may shoot it and post it anyway just for the experience.
    What I said when I saw the Grand Canyon for the first time: "The wide ain't wide enough and the zoom don't zoom enough!"

    I was looking through my previous entries last night especially at my first attempts. My first official entry was for challenge 31 in August of '09--it was this one.

    Laughing.gif--I remember being so proud of it, til Chat Kat judged it and burst my little bubble rolleyes1.gif. Look at all the blown areas and cut off limbs rolleyes1.gif.

    I've entered pretty much every contest since, with the exception of 2 I couldn't make on time and well this is the reward.

    Thank you guys for pushing me, teaching me, and giving it to me straight.
    It's all downhill from here :D.

    Congratulations to the top five but all the entries too--I know how much work and effort goes into them.

    Laughing.gif--I voted for "Saint" myself, had I known it would be so close, I might have gone with my other pick! :)
