Wonderful light -- wish I could have shot more

Had this amazing light in a pedestrian 'tunnel' near Point State Park in Pittsburgh. Little bit of fill flash but the real work was all natural. Unfortunately my traveling companions were not interested in this sweet, sweet light... :cry So a quick shot in it, and on we went back into the harsh sun...

That tunnel often gets good light, and the light-colored underside helps make that work. It can be too dark during certain times of day, but when the light gets in there it just bounces all over the place. Nice work--too bad you couldn't shoot more there.

Oh goodness me has she taken another maturity jump since the last shots you posted - she's giving "the look" (we get it a lot in this house too!!)

    Lovely light indeed.

Thanks, all. She's a good sport most of the time and still a wonderful pre-teen.

Lovely photo and subject. Be happy you got what you did. My family groans when I comment about how nice the light is, etc...
