First dragonfly of the year :)

Had my first dragonfly of the year in the garden yesterday - a broad bodied chaser. It behaved beautifully - using my dragonfly perches and eventually I persuaded to walk onto my finger. All shots 40D/Tamron90 with CPL filter in strong natural light.

Beautiful shots, Brian. I can't begin to imagine how you're able to coax the dragonfly onto your finger!? Just out of curiosity, what time of day did you shoot these?
