I need a hero! I deleted all of my guestbook comments :'O

I was going to replace the photo I have in my guestbook gallery with a new one. Instead of replacing it, I deleted it, which deleted all of my guestbook comments. *slaps palm to face*. Is there a way to recover them? Can anyone help? I hope so:(:
