SOLD.
Great condition. Purchased new in May 2007, one owner. Razor sharp, amazing colors and contrast. This lens is the ultimate in portable image quality. It weighs literally half that of the f/2.8 version, and takes a 67mm filter. I already regret selling it, but I have to make room for an f/2.8 L IS Mark II. I will probably buy another one someday when I resume traveling more, but for now pics of my kids are where it's at. Pics of the lens to follow. I have a 100% positive ebay rating - userid = snocarver. Act now before I put this on ebay tomorrow.
Original box, hood, both caps, manual, empty warranty card. B+W UV filter included! $800 shipped to the US.

An "accurate" reproduction of a scene and a good photograph are often two different things.
