Spent the weekend on the beach. Feeling recharged. Felt like I saw "emergence" everywhere! Capturing it, however, is another story.

Any of these jump out at you?

1. The orchestra has arrived:

2. Everybody out:

3. Foothold:

4. Emergence Sea:

...and for fun...

5. The Arduous Journey:

1 I think is most theme worthy. But is hard to get the detail and keep it wide for the many.
2 looks to be emergence in reverse cant tell if they are coming or going. Like the eyes sticking above the water.
5 is just to funny, most would be post emergence I presume. But then again I am still trying to get a firm handle on the definition, seems pretty broad in some aspects.
Just thankful that I do not have to the mega this time. Tough theme

I like the eyes sticking out of the water in #2. I might like it better with a closer crop.

    #3 is striking.

#4 is a a beauty, but I don't get emergence from it as much as the others.

    #5 is hilarious!

Laughing.gif--#5 just made me seriously laugh--I still don't know what they are!
I like shot #1--I just want to see them more "emerging" from the water--from the angle of being on the shore and looking at the water, as it is it's hard to tell if they are coming out, hanging out, going in. Maybe if it was clearly coming out of the water, this would be a serious serious contender. It's a really great idea.

#2 I want to see bigger--but really both those shots are awesome, I just think maybe a reshoot from a better angle.

1 or 3 works for theme...but 3 has more clarity of what were looking at. At first I thought the first one was a bunch of birds. Took me some time to figure out that they are crabs! #5 is hillarious!

For me #3 is the most on theme. All great shots though :) One of my inital ideas was a snail coming out of his shell, so #3 is definately my take on the theme :D

They're all great... I like #3 best--I think it's gorgeous, although #5 made me laugh & fits the theme, too.
