A forecast for showers makes it almost perfect conditions for photographing waterfalls. I decided to visit someplace new for me in the park and set out for the upper end of the Eastside Trail, starting near the Deer Creek campground. I altered my plans on the fly due to some conversation with a couple on the trail so I'll need to return to explore some of the other attractions I had originally planned on visiting..
1. Deer Creek Falls
2. Old Growth
3. Vanilla Leaf and forest floor
4. Top End of Chinook Creek Cascades
5. Chinook Creek Cascades
6. Chinook Creek Cascades
7. Stafford Falls
8. Stafford Falls from below
9. Eastside Trail
10. Ohanapecosh River immediately above the falls
11. Ohanapecosh Falls
12. Chinook Creek
I was very saturated by rain at the end of my day but it was a great day with hardly a person around. Thanks for looking..
