Hahaha
My real dirt bike days are over.
This XR is a much different bike than my Husky TE450 but should work out good.
I just needed something cheep that was plated so I could do the trails and some backcountry exploring.
Been really missing getting out to places like this
I was hit last Aug while filming at an MX event.
So it was kinda bike related, but it was'nt me crashing, just getting the impact.
Good times right there my friend. One thing though, real dirt bikes don't have kick stands!!! Hahahaha
They don't have headlights either. But, NW Scout, we won't take away your thunder because we are all gratefu;, and I'm sure you are also....that you're still able to throw a leg over a bike!
that pic with the husky and st helens(i think?) is mind boggling. care to share how you captured that image?
Well. The hardest part was getting it there
Its actually not to difficult a trail, in this section at least.
Nothing special really.
Just set it up and shot. Had some really thin soft clouds coming in and out so I just waited till the light was best.
That overall was probably the best ridding day I have ever had.
We did about 90 miles of backcountry single track in perfect conditions in one of the best ridding areas
in the country
We've got a guy here at work that commutes on a Honda XL600 and I always wonder how much fun it would be to drive off the median and find a new way home lol.

Congratulations. Good riding...
