can't access my smugmug...changed domain?

I recently made a new website and changed to have my private domain name to point to the new site. Doing this has locked me out of smugmug? When I am logged into smugmug and go to my homepage it tries to go to my site which isn't there anymore. Any ideas I what I need to do about that?? How can I otherwise log into smugmug? I am keeping smugmug for storage and the ability to order novelty gifts but no longer my official site so whatever answer you can give needs to be life long. Thanks in advance for any help!

Hey Andy, I emailed them twice in the past 3 days and no response?? Any other suggestions?

Hi Sandy, check your spam folder - we emailed you back in about 90 mins on the 26th of June. I removed your domain from your SmugMug control panel for you, and you can access your site here http://wingsoflove.smugmug.com/ with no problem now.

Thanks Andy! So I can access my smugmug but how can my clients? I am still in a change over process and people still need to view their older sessions there. When I go to www.wingsoflovephoto.smugmug.com I can login but where do they go? Sorry if I am being annoying.... just frustrated....

Visitors don't have to login. Just go to a new browser, or LOG OUT of your SmugMug and visit here:

http://wingsoflove.smugmug.com/

Perhaps some of the confusion is this. From my computer, the URL:

http://www.wingsoflovephoto.smugmug.com/ goes to Smugmug's homepage.

Whereas, the URL:

http://wingsoflove.smugmug.com/ or http://www.wingsoflove.smugmug.com/ takes me to a smugmug account.

Right. The CORRECT site url is http://wingsoflove.smugmug.com/

If you want to change it to wingsoflovephoto.smugmug.com you can do so in Control Panel, settings tab by changing your nickname.
