Large Show-How do I get people to order

Hi, I am doing a very large show with 20 other artists for a ten day period[ about 80 to 100,00 thousand people a day} The other people are pro's and come with u-hauls full of their stuff but I can't possibly afford to matte or frame that much.How do I get people to order rather than buy now.I have about 10 large framed and if I sell them then I am out of large stuff for people to see. Do I offer a discount for all orders? I know people are want it now. The framed stuff always sells first with me so maybe only sell prints and use the framed as demo only? Any advice for this kind of thing would be very helpful.Thanks

I'm going to be doing a couple of shows towards the end of the year, and have been thinking along the same lines.

I plan to sell unframed, unmated prints in plastic bags with cardboard backing. You can get the bags and backing here:

I also had a brochure printed (www.gotprint.com), and stickers to put on the back of the plastic bags.

Thanks Glenn a brochure is a great idea and the stickers on the back of the clearbags is a wonderful idea. I was wondering how to i.d my stuff in a very cost effective way. Thank-you.
