Client side shopping carts

I have seen questions about saving carts. I know that it is saved as a cookie on there computer for 21 days but, I have a client that doesn't feel safe using her credit card on the internet and would like to add photos to a cart and send me a check. She wants to buy photos but I don't know what photos she wants. Is there a way the client can save a cart and I be able to see what the customer wants? Kind of like after a person buys photos I can go back and look at there order and see there crops and things?

if she still won't use the cart, then make an event using our event system and have her signify favorites and then you'll need to call her, and work an order over the phone....
