Hello there

i recently become member of smugmug, uploaded first album, and i see that people could order prints.

I would like to know, how is author charging for his sold work? I am not able to find any settings for paypall

Who is setting price for every photo here?

The only account level for which you can set prices and make a profit is Pro. For differences between account levels, see http://www.smugmug.com/photos/photo-sharing-features/.

If you have a pro acount, here's a link to the help page on setting prices - http://www.smugmug.com/help/print-pricing.

If you are not at a pro level, you can either allow visitors to order copies of your photos or not. If you allow sales, items are priced at Smug's default prices. In that case, no profit goes to you. To disallow sales of your photos, set printable to no for your galleries. See the printing section of this help page - http://www.smugmug.com/help/picture-storage.

Keep in mind that your photos will not just sell themselves. You need to promote yourself and your photos. Just upgrading to a Pro account does not mean that you will automatically generate sales.
