Sunset on a rock

Went out to a local park this evening and took some photos. Still trying to get better with some shots, but this one came out pretty good. After a little PP the colors really "popped" from the original. My only desire was that the water would have been calm. C&C please so I can learn more, thanks!

You have some nice colors there and the comp is good. I would try to get the subject's eye to stand out some more.

IMHO, the biggest drawback to the image is your subject's position. Its just not all that interesting. I would have hung out for awhile to see if it moved or changed position.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Thanks Harry. I was sitting on the other side of the pond taking other photos when he came in behind me. I sat and watched the sunset for a while, he just sat in the same spot.
