Tough to get the motor homes out of the background. Looks like you have panning down and the perfect setting to blur the wheels for that feeling of speed. Nice to have a little room in front of the car to keep it entering in the picture. Looking good.

Lookin' good IMO
Nice and sharp with great colors. The background is a bit distracting but sometimes one can't be picky.

Yeah those campers were tough but at Mid Ohio they are everywhere.

All of these were shot with the 70-200 2.8 nikon. It was the first gen and I rented it. My first time with this lens has me in love. It focuses SO fast!

Most of these cars were around 60-70 mph when shot, maybe less.

I feel the panning difficulty has to grow exponentially with more speed of the subject. Looking forward to sprint cars next month!

Were you dragging the shutter too? 1/30 ish? Great shots. Just crop in and get those campers out.
