I love #1. Maybe a little gritty to hang on a wall (or maybe not!), but very nicely seen and composed.
For some reason #2 just isn't doing anything for me as a stand alone capture.
I can see it as part of a series though.

These are both experimental and I enjoyed getting the captures. I might go back and revisit the processing of the first. Looking at it in a fresh light leaves me with the same sense as Virginia. Maybe a little too gritty.
