Remote shutter release question...

Thinking of trying my hand at some fireworks photos this weekend. Figure I should pick up a remote shutter release for my 50D. The cabled version is cheap. Wondering if the wireless versions will support bulb mode or not. Seems like you can pick up wireless versions for reasonable amounts these days. Just want to be sure it'll do it.

Thanks.

I have a Photix Cleon. Probably killed the spelling on that. Works really well on my Nikon. Does have bulb mode. And will do continuous as well. You can also use it as a regular tethered release. Has been really reliable except one freak out it had that took removing the battery to resolve. The range on it is great due to it's small antenna. This is much better than the Nikon infrared setup I had on my D90. Although not nearly as easy or convenient for setup. It is just rock solid reliable. You push the button and it shoots.

You also might want to check today's Amazon Gold Box Deal for me it was a RF release and it did bulb release.

I have a Phottix and am really happy with it or else I probably would have grabbed this unit today.
