Watermarks won't turn off

I've tried emptying the cache, re-starting Smugmug, refreshing the site. I've checked to not show watermarks in the Gallery Settings, they are still there. What else can I do?

    I think that only effects new uploaded photos. Go under tools many photos
    and remove the watermarks there.
