Hello,

new portrait taken in my studio. Only one softbox used from the side of the subject. The subject is very near the softbox and the power of the strobe is set on very low. The exifs you can find on my website by clicking here.

You are on a roll with these low-light portraits of yours. I like this one too. My only nitpick is that my eye followed his hand down to the sleeve and immediately noted the backlit hairs on the hand and wrist. Maybe clone those out?

Your right, but my comment on that - he is a male not female, he hates airbrushed photos - Customers, customers :)

Really like that first one but would prefer to see a crop just past where the light ends on the brim of the hat, eliminating the right side of the subject's shirt collar altogether. thumb.gif

    WOW!
Just one small thing......the very slight outline of his shirt collar on the subject's right. Its the only thing in all that wonderful blackness.

Very nicely done. I agree with the hand comment, alittle to bright tone it down just a tad. Would be nice to see the effect if you could have gotten a small catch light in the near eye.
