Hummer Moth

I been after this little sucker since last year.
Out of all the little creatures I have capture this one amazes me the most.
I got 2 shots off and this is the best I could come up with:dunno

    That is so beautiful, that and the butterfly. I am almost ashamed at "taking" that lens away from you.

    I have never seen anything like that moth. I was going to ask where you are getting those flying bugs, but the shots are too good for "humor".

    And the flowers are perfect for them. Sets them off perfectly.

    Great hummer great photo
    Yes those little guys are hard to find
    I found a spot out in Boone County that has lots that fly by
    No shot with the Cannon yet ...but some with the Sonyicon10.gif

    You've been busyclap.gif - a butterfly in flight - The First on dgrin I believe, and now a hummer moth. They aren't easy to capture either - they almost never stop moving as they fly - they do NOT land! Well done!!
