WTB Macro slider rail

Would like to purchase a rail for macro work. Something heavy duty and very steady, with no wobbling when handled, and no going out of alignment when knobs are tightened. Needs to support a 40D with battery pack and 100mm L macro lens. Would like geared adjustment of 1mm one full turn. Really only need forward-back movement, but option of side movement not a problem.
