Business card photos

So with the new offering from Moo business cards, I have a question.

I have multiple photos from a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu tournament and I was wondering if I could use some of them on my business card and should I get a model release from the athletes first, if required to do so? It was at a public event and I am not suggesting that they endorse me in anyway but I also do not want to upset anyone nor do I need a cease-and-desist letter.

If I do use a model release form where can I find a good example of what mine should say?

Not sure if I would worry about a release for your own business cards but it never hurts to be safe.
