Event password isn't working

Please help, i set an Event gallery with password, sent it to the client, and PW isn't working for them. I tried it myself and yes, it's not working. I couldn't remove it either.

    The password works for me in 5 different browsers, on Mac & Win. Please try again and make sure you have cookies enabled, and you are using the exact correct password. If this persists, please write our Support Heroes and we'll help from the desk.
