Super slow upload from LR

This has been on and off the entire time I have used SM. I am trying to up load a new gallery and it is crawling. I have been trying for a few days now. Is it me? Is it SM? What's up?

    I think I fixed it. I unplugged my modem............. Now it seems, back to normal speed. Should be done in a few minutes not hours.
