Me and my friends made a plan to visit Dudipatsar Lake which is located at 3800 meter above sea level. It required 8 hours walk to reach the lake so it is still free from human mess:clap. But when we reached the base we heard lake is still not visible due to snow :cry here are some photos i shot on our way to dudipatsar.
Here are some from Payee meadows located around 3000 meters above sea level.
Only jeeps can take you there.
Next day we came down and played around river
And we moved to Lulusar Lake 3500 meters above sea level located at the end of 150km long Kaghan Valley. Major contributor to Kunhar River We Asked this guy to bake us some bread as there were no such facility afterwards.
Water of lake was so greenish and lovely, rocks around it had colorful dots as someone was painting his canvas there. Lake is few kilometers long so it was not possible for me to go everywhere on foot oxygen was really low:huh. Our bad luck Babusar Top which gives clear view of 9th largest mountain aka Nanga Perbat or the Killer mountain was also closed for jeeps :rolleyes
Jeeps are good:D
