That 4th one is top notch. Makes me miss my missing Pentax K1000 manual even more. Missing in action somewhere in my house!

Good looking OM-1. Okay an OM-1 story (from an ol' news photog way back from the film-only days). Oly decided it wanted to break into news market, which was nearly 100% Nikon, with the OM-1. Oly gave every major newspaper a ton of free equipment. It was really well received, nice little camera with a lot of capability at half the weight and bulk. Looked like a big win for Olympus, but (the big but), after a month of press work the OM-1's started breaking (afterall they were half the weight). After 60 days everbody was back using their Nikons except AP-NY. Every month Oly would ship them a pallet of equipment just for marketing purposes.
My first roll of film.
Olympus OM-1 camera

All very nice, Mike, but number 3 is really special. (And if the OM series had been solidly built, Olympus would own the photo world today. The metering system on the OM4 was probably the best on any 35m film camera.)

From one OM1 shooter to another.
A lab in Philadelphia processed the film and I scanned it using an Epson V700 into Photoshop.

Good luck, the OM-1 is a niffty little camera ... just don't bang it.
