This is what we call an "understatement" in Florida.

Man! This place is like heaven. I wish we had wreckers with cars like this in Australia. I like what you did with the "project car" image.

    cheers, Scott

Looks like the lot proves that out too and then some. Maybe just do a
rust and junk car show there for the well heeled. :D Promoters be aware.
You should know by now. We are just awaiting your pitch.

$800 is the price on the windshield, however that's not what the yard is selling it for. That was the price the person wanted before it was sent to the yard. At the salvage yard, the prices are negotiable.

    Hey Tony,

Wow ... I'd love to wander around that yard. So much automotive history there. I recognize that hood ornament but I cannot for the life of me remember what kind of car it was on. What kind of car is that? I'm guessing a GM product ne_nau.gif ?

1947 Studebaker Commander. Most people think of the Studebaker with the bullet nose, but not all Studebakers had that style front end. Being from Indiana, where Studebakers were made, I knew this one from a distance.

I have some other pix from that same place at my SmugMug site if you're interested:
