WB Question

Can you let me know whether you're noticing a blue cast in the skin tones of these shots? They look fine on my monitor (calibrated iMac) but my friend is mentioning he's seeing a blue cast on more than one monitor (at least one is calibrated). Trying to get to the bottom of this.

Thanks.

I just popped the first image in CS5 and I do see a slight blue cast. Very easily fixed.

Yeah, they're slightly cool (most likely your WB setting). Try throwing a warming filter on the images in PS and you'll get more natural skin tones.

You didn't ask about this, but it looks like you're perhaps putting a bit too much flash on your subjects too. Try dialing that down a bit so it acts more like a fill-flash and doesn't blast the subjects quite as much. Hope that helps.

Hmm, wondering why I'm not seeing this on my monitor. That's what concerns me more. I know how to fix it but I'm not seeing. Going to have to look into that.

    Thanks!
