#4 stands out to me as the best image of the bunch. I like the blue sky and the wisps of snow coming off the top of the mountain.
The first one has the most detail and has some interesting lines, but I think a little less sky would help it out.
The out of focus plant in the second one is distracting. We tend to associate items that are out of focus as being further away and sharp items as being closer.
I like the mood in the third one quite a bit, but wish that the top of the snow capped mountain was visible. That said, I know what it's like to see the clouds moving in and you're trying to get that last shot before nothing is visible.
As a series of images, they certainly give you a sense of place.
