Here is a tribute to a young sportsman, a friend of my son. They share their love for triathlon. Don't watch this if you can't see a little blood.

And then he took of his shoe, OMG, look at this. This happened when he changed from biking to running. And he refused to step out. Now that's showing character, huh?
