Video stuck in "Processing image" for hours

I posted a video this morning (july 5) and after over two hours it still said "processing image". I tried again, and now it's still stuck. Is there an issue with the site or can you tell if it's with the video. It's only about 3 minutes. Let me know what other info you might need...I didn't want to dump all the filenames, gallerynames, etc. if it's simply just a problem with the site's servers...

    Yes, we're a bit backed up but catching up fast, we hope! Lots of Power customers uploading new HD videos I guess. Thanks for your patience.

    Would this perhaps be a good note for the Status Log?
