#54, 2nd attempt

these two just happened yesterday, absolutely unplanned, but since the opportunity presented itself, i just grabbed my camera and started shooting; i'm pretty sure the themes are self evident, but i'm worried about the quality of the shots.

don't think a re-shoot is possible, the subject, alas, is no longer available... :)

    I got it. On my monitor the cake looks very dark but shirt and plate look too bright. I think you would have to put both images together to keep the theme evident.

    Is this "have my cake and eat it, too"? If so, I think you need to get both on one image somehow.
    PS If there's any cake left, can you send it my way? That looks delicious!

    I think the first one was "icing on the cake?" Great idea, but you're right, the lighting wasn't ideal. Wonder if you can doll it up with a computer program?

    alas, it doesn't look like my photoshop skills are to the challenge, so i've moved to a new idea...

    thanks for the feedgack everybody. and yeah, it was pretty delicious :)
