Can't get to ticket help page.

I keep getting this message using the link in the reply email and can't get to my tickets.
"You are already registered in the help desk"
Tickets 72558 & 72544 are the same, just a followup.

REplied - you can just reply by email, Al.
Perhaps you were using a bum link, link should be http://help.smugmug.com/TICKET# if you want to use the portal. But it's not needed Just use email like always....

I finally got to the tickets, after many clicks from email.

Help responded that ext links have to be on. They have always been on.
That doesn't explain why only some of the videos like in this gallery don't play.

Also noticed that save worked for the ones not showing in LB but the resulting d/l'ed mp4 was stretched for some.
