Certainly interesting, but not really "street photography," rather what it says it is = "photograph(ing) strangers on the street. But well worth seeing none the less...
Tom watched this video and somewhat emulated the photog. He set up (taped) a paper backdrop on a wall in Hollywood and snapped away. He got some good results.

I didn't pose the question, you did. I wondered why you asked about releases because there's been absolutely no reference to any of the images being used commercially.

very cool although his 1 minute vs Clay's 8 seconds is notable. And as BD noted, asking passersby to pose does not fit the realm of true street photography.
