images (not vid) on CD and shopping cart "notes"

As primarily event shooter, I would love, love, love to see a new "print" option where the final image(s) can be delivered on CDs instead of only prints. I get lots of requests for images on CDs and it's pretty common so surely it can't be super difficult to set up. I believe this will solve the desire of many (including myself) to have an option of a proof-delayed digital delivery as well.

I am talking about photographs, not video, just for clarity.

I would also love to see a box or form in the shopping cart where clients can add notes to their order

Forgive me if either of these has already been discussed to death somewhere but I could not find any going threads about either.
