Boxing silhouettes - Which one?

I am currently working on two shots of a local boxer getting laced up by his trainer, taken on two different days. I would love some feedback on them as I continue to tweak them. My preference is for the first one, but my concern is that the complete lack of detail in the trainer (left) looks odd next to the partially lit fighter. At least in the second one they are more or less equally lit. Their body positions, however, don't convey the same intimacy as in the first one.

Thoughts?

I like the look of the 2nd one but would like to see the subjects darker. My problem with the first is the fighter's glove gets lost with the trainer's hands so it's difficult to see exactly what it is. Also, the wall in the back right takes away from the silhouette.

If you can darken the subjects in the 2nd I think that might be good.

I'm liking the first one, personally.

Thanks guys... I appreciate the input.

I think I am going to work with the first one and try to coax out a little more detail in the glove and trainer. For some reason that one is just a little closer to my heart.
