Canadian eagles

We do a fly-in fishing trip in Ontario every year, and it is not unusual for an eagle to sit in the trees above us and watch us fish. Last year, one of the birds swooped down a couple of times to grab fish we'd returned to the water. This year I had my camera with me, and while an eagle appeared, and even flew over us a couple of times when we released fish, the bird would not hit the water. Maybe the fish disappeared too quickly, maybe we were too close, or maybe it was just camera-shy... I don't know. But I did manage to get a few shots.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
