Forgot how to do selective color!

Can someone help me refresh my memory on how to do this? :scratch
I'm now using CS2....CS is probably about the same for this? :dunno

Examples of what I did before:

    a quick search, using the dgrin search facility, would get you this thread on selective color deal.gif
