TECHNICAL Q: MiniTT1(canon) + PW Plus II

(Hope this is the right forum to ask this)

I have a MiniTT1 on-camera (5d) + a 580EX II sitting on top of it. I have couple of Plus IIs hooked up to off-camera strobes. I want to fire the on-camera flash and off-camera flash when I press the shutter.

I thought this would be simple enough but am having problems with it:

- When I ONLY have the miniTT1 on-camera, the off-camera strobes fire OK... but when I place the 580EX on top, ONLY the 580EX fires and off-camera don't.

Shouldn't the MiniTT1 be able to do this? :dunno
And PocketWizards has no technical support (phone or email) on their site :huh

Anything i'm missing here?

I use Flex's so I don't know why the setup you wouldn't work. Sounds like something to do with channel selection. But give them a call.
