OK, the previous topic was a bit more on a difficult side. Maybe this one will be easier...
Shoot something spiral. I.e. making sure spiral is the primary subject of the frame.
The usual set if rules applies: fresh pictures, etc.
Spiral anyone?

We're all in this spiraling world together
It's a pompous for those who are curious.

    EXIF data:
    f/ 5.6
    ISO 200
    1/160
    Nikon D5000
    Nikon P80
    Nikkor 22-300 VR
    Nikkor 18-55 VR

    Staci,
thank you for the entry! thumb.gif
My only nit is that I would crop out the bottom left part (which is also too hot anyway), to concentrate on the spiral subject...headscratch.gif

    Danny,
this is a very nice shot, and it would be great entry for "straight up" or "VP" assignements. thumb.gif
    But it's not a spiral. ne_nau.gif
This is a class, we're a bit more "verbatim" here than in the other places. deal.gif

    Nice entry, Sean! clap.gif
I would only crop out the bottom part and make it typical landscape (2:3 or 3:4)deal.gif

Yeah looking at it with fresh eyes this morning, I can see that the square crop is too top heavy.

    Nice spiral, thank you! thumb.gif
I only think that the negative space on the top should be cropped off...headscratch.gif
