The Three Servicemen Sculpture was rededicated this morning following a six-week restoration project of the finish. I was fortunate enough to have a ladder to get myself above the "scrum" of photojournalists and videographers. Man! if you're going to survive in that job, you've got to be tough!

Next week, I'll be shooting "official" photos to record the finish, and will then post some "before" and "after" comparisons for you. It's quite startling how the finish had deteriorated over the years.
